1. Who we are

Data Informed Decisions LLC ("DID LLC," "we," "us") is a US-based consultancy providing data tracking, automation, analysis, and reporting services. This page explains the terms under which we provide those services, and how we handle any information you share with us.

2. Terms of Service

By engaging Data Informed Decisions LLC for services, you agree to the following terms.

• Scope of work. All engagements are confirmed in writing (email or signed proposal) before work begins. Deliverables are digital only: documentation, dashboards, configuration, code, and video or live calls.
• Project-based work. Pricing starts at $750 USD for a defined, fixed scope. Changes to scope may affect price and timeline and will be agreed in writing.
• Hourly work. Available by appointment for consulting and troubleshooting, billed in USD at the rate confirmed before the engagement begins.
• Monthly retainers. Ongoing engagements billed monthly in USD. Retainers are cancelable — see Section 3, Cancellation.
• Client responsibilities. You are responsible for providing timely access to systems, accounts, and stakeholders needed to complete the agreed work.
• No guarantee of business outcomes. We provide data, tooling, and analysis; business decisions and their results remain your responsibility.

3. Cancellation

• Before work starts: Full cancellation is available at no charge.
• Retainers: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued for retainers already in progress.
• Project-based work: Once work has started, cancellation is handled under the Refunds policy below.

4. Refunds

• Work not started: Full refund.
• Work started: A fair, pro-rata refund based on work completed at the time of cancellation.
• Please contact us first at info@data-informed-decisions.com before disputing a charge — most issues are resolved directly and quickly.

5. Privacy Policy

This section covers the consultancy website only. It does not use cookies, analytics scripts, or third-party trackers, and its contact form opens your own email client (mailto) — no message content passes through or is stored on our servers.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in a manner consistent with Delaware law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
